Fear of Success

How can anybody be afraid of success? It sounds ridiculous.

In my case I think my fear of success stemmed from low expectations and negative reinforcement. I used to be a great "starter" but not so good at "finishing". I would mentally visualize irrational scenarios that would paralyze me into inactivity.

Once I discovered affirmations I turned those negative visualizations into positive, successful goals and have changed my life. Now I will take the formerly perceived risks and transform them into challenges. What a difference!

Most recently I have decided to create a website to help people train their puppies (www.free-puppy-training.com) where in the past I would have given up on the very idea due to the "perceived" amount of "hard work". Now I perceive and visualize helping people find what they want and the possibility of creating a new source of income.

Your life will follow where your mind leads so make sure your mind is filled with joy, optimism and success! It sure beats the alternative.
